Having problems with your 1996 Geo Prizm ?

My 1993 Geo 1.8 cranks over but has no shark to the plugs I am going to check the coil but is there a way to check using an Ometer? Also am I going inthe right direction with this or could this also be a sensor somewhere in line with the coil or madule thanks

Yes, you can check the coil with an ohmmeter, but you should also check power to the coil with a test light or voltmeter. I will look up the procedures momentarily.
