Having problems with your 1996 Mercury Cougar XR7 ?

I allready check the reset bottom on the trunk and check the relays under the hood and the fuses nothing work i put the key in the on position and i dont have any noise from the fuel pump like usual

Then yove got a bad fuel pump or no power going too it try running a hot wire too it
