Having problems with your 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager ?

WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY, IT MAKES CLICKING SOUND . BATTERY IS OKAY. COULD IT BE THE STARTER.

If alternator is putting out at least 14 volts when running, and battery is about 13 or a little higher when car is off. it could be a bad cable from battery to starter, or a bad starter solinoid.
Yes it could be the starter or a bad connection. If the battery cables are dirty the same thing will happen. First start there take the cable ends off and make sure they are very clean and the posts also. Check the battery not only voltage but the amps, they are what the starter uses the most of. If the cables, battery, and all starter connections are good the starter is most likely the problem.
