Having problems with your 1997 Audi A6 ?

I'm driving an audi a6 1997 model(166 000 k's). sometimes when i accelerate quickly i hear a bang, i dont what it is. secondlyone of my front and rear wheels when ever i turn especially in the morning i hear a sound like cv joint problem but then it disappears after i have been driving for a while, what could this be? can you help please

Answers :

Sounds like either a motor mount is out or got play in the drivetrain. pop the hood and while in park push and pull the car to see how much movement you get with the engine. if it is a motor mount youll see alot of movement if it is tight and still hear a bang it is in the drivetrain.

IE.... axles/transmission.
