This is pretty easy really. Hopefully mine is that same as it is an LE.

There is a piece of trim that goes horizontally down the centerish area of the dash. Mine is made to look kinda like wood. A small part comes off to the left of the steering wheel and a larger to the right. This is just clipped in and will pop off.

Under is you have access to some hex head screws. at least on on the left of steering and 2 or 3 spread across the right. The rest of this piece is clips that can pop off.

Once you get it all loose you can work it around the steering wheel till it comes off. This is probably the trickiest part on and off.

Once it is off there are 3 screws holding the radio I place. I recommend you find a GM wiring harness and installation kit that matches your make/model and put your stereo in it first. It will make a little shelf in the dash to help take up some of the space the stock radio used up and the kits attach points will match with the screw points where you removed the old one.

I can't help much with the wiring harness but I recommend you do not cut into the connections in the dash . find a harness that fits the connection mine came from Best Buy but I'm sure you can get em many places. Wire the radio to the harness then you can just plug in the connections (Harness and Antenna)where the stock radio was removed and screw it in place then replace the dash in reverse order.
