Having problems with your 1997 Buick LeSabre ?

My 1997 Buick lesabre won't start when it is raining or damp out. The fuel pump will not kick on. If it is nice and sunny out there are NO problems starting the car. We have replaced the fuel relay and fuel pump.

Thanks for the advice. We have tried that and then a water hose and the car continued idling. The car has three coil packs, no distributor cap. I wish it did.
What you can do to diagnose this issue is - take an old spray bottle \015\012(some kind of house cleaning solution), empty and clean it out really well (so \015\012nothing flammable is in it) and fill it with water. Then, pop the hood \015\012to your car, start the engine, and squirt different parts of your \015\012engine until you squirt an engine part that causes your car to shut \015\012off... then you know that's the problem part!
\015\012I had the same issue with my\015\012 husband's car. We determined that it was the distributor cap, which we \015\012purchased at Auto Zone and replaced on our own for like $30.
