Having problems with your 1997 Chevrolet K2500 ?

I have a 1997 Chevy k2500 with 113,xxx miles on it. The truck was overheating pretty bad so I assusme its the head gasket and/or intake gasket. I have the new gaskets im just not sure how to replace them really. Does anybody know a step by step process or have a guide with pictures?
