Car will not start, getting gas, battery charged? what shoud i look for?

Remove lower steering column panel and look for two very small diameter wires (22-24 diameter gauge) may be covered by a conduit (sheat), with an ohmeter check for continuity, without key in you should have an open circuit, with key in you should read some resistance.if no resistance present, the wires going up to key cylinder are chaffed. replaced key cylinder and u will need the code on key for proper key bank to recode new key
