Drive belt popping off
\015 Drive belt was replaced about 3 months ago, and it just came off again...\015
I'm assuming you mean your serpentine belt. You most likely have a worn bearing on your idler pulley and/or tensioner pulley. Given the low price of these pulleys and the possible cost of repairing the possible damage when this belt comes off I would recommend replacing both.
