Having problems with your 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

I'm trying to get to the panel to change my blinker lightbulbs. Never knew a job like that would be so difficult ! I have unscrewed all the screws and and cannot get the plastic off to get to the panel. My trunk isn't opening for reason even with the key. Is there a trunk release inside the jeep I'm missing ? What should I try next ?

Answers :

To replace the bulbs you have to open the trunk. I would try removing the panel on the hatch and reach inside and release hatch if you damage the cover get on from junk yard. Did you try turning the key and hitting the hatch with your full body weight
