Answers :

Please check oil pressure switch whether it is working or not,\012also you mentioned that you change the oil , oil filter & gasket.Did you use correct oil grade? Is oil filter genuine one correctly fix? Please check again.
It is possible the the oil pressure sensor could be bad.The next thing I would do if the light stays on is to hook an actual pressure guage in place of the oil sensor to get an actual pressure reading from the pump.If the pressure is low and doesn't rise when given gas then it could be a bad oil pump. But I would get the sensor tested by a local service station and then go from there. All electrical components can be tested in one form or another.
