Answers :

Our wonderful state keeps changing the emission laws but right now it is every year.
Have the car scanned for codes. Autozone and a few other part suppliers will scan your car for free. They will also tell you what the code means.
They will not reset the engine light, it is against Co. policy. But you can buy your own and do it yourself.
O2 sensors are around $50. They are screwed in on its exhaust pipe, before and after the CAT. Let me know how your making out.
Go to Auto Zone auto part, they can able to tell you how much the part cost, show you where it located, and questions.
