How do i remove and replace the universal joints

Should have 4 7/16 bolts holding the saddles on the rear of the drive shalft . you need to mark the drive shaft in the rear on the shalft and on the pinnon saddle (this ensures the shalft is put back in the same position it was taken off ) remove the bolts and pull the shalt out of the rear transmisson tail shaft . (some transmisson fluid may leak out of the tail shaft). Ok you may need a torach to remove the u joints being the OEM or put in with a sealed plastic in the cups . they need to be heated to remove this plastic so the cups can be pressed out . Or if they have been replace before there with be little clips on the inside of the cup that will need to be taken off. you will then need a vise or a way to press each cap out of the drive shalft . then the new caps will need to be pressed in . becareful not to drop any of the needle bearings out of the new caps or have them drop inside of the cap . if this happens you will not beable to press them in all the way
