Having problems with your 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan ?

What tools do i need to replace a 98 dodge grand caravan coolant supply and return line which run from the radiator to the rear heater coil and how exactly do i go about it, both are rusted through.

A can of wd40, screwdriver, the hose you need to make the replacement. you may have to pry the clips off that hold the old hose on. then replace them with hose clamps. you can tighten them with the flat blade screwdriver or a socket. be careful not to overtighten it if you use a socket. i believe they are a 7 or 8 metric, or a 3/8"
