I am getting fuel I can smell it when I try starting the car.... I think I may need to have the starter checked I do not know where it is located on this vehicle....

Answers :

Try kicking the gas tank on the drivers side, it could be a bad gas pump/ short, it really will start if this is the only problem, i had my stratus towed to the dealer because it wouldn't start, by the time it had been off loaded off the tow truck the gas inside the tank had rattled the gas pump enough that it would start and the dealer called me wondering what the problem was.
