THERE'S A SHORT IN THAT CIRCUIT.TRACING WIRES WILL HELP.FIND WHERE THE TWO CIRCUTS MEET OR ANOTHER CIRCUIT WAS INSTALLED AND IS GROUNDING.ITS THE ONLY WAY.
