Having problems with your 1998 Ford Windstar ?

The AC on my 99 ford windstar quit working. The compressor was replaced then worked fine 3 weeks later it won't kick on so I can't even check the refrigerant to see I it has leaked. I would like a trouble shooting list to fix it myself.
