\015 I've replaced the horn in my 98 honda accord, 3 times at the dealer in 2 years, every ounce and a while, the fuse burns because of horn internal failure. Which leads to shifter lock and no break lights. When the dealership changes the horns, all is fine for a while then the horn shorts inside again, without any help from corosion rust, vibrations, water or any of that stuff, I'm convinced that honda, are sabotaging the older parts, to make us buy newer cars, Almost every time I get the dealer to fix things, the new replacement parts are faulty right out of the box. This includes 4 brake cylinders 3 horns, even remotes ect. And that the mechanics are not trained, or even real mechanics , 1 real mechanic for every 5 want to be's, because all they do is replace the horn, and the cause be dammed. So what causes the horns, to short internaly and regularly?. And this seems to be a verrrry popular problem, but nobody seems to give any answers, execept the silly stuff we know. The parts must be made to fail , forcing us to buy newer cars. I won't buy Honda again if they are dishonest. And I'm sure that this site can't answer the problem because hundreds of people are still looking for the answer, and all they get is silly obvious stuff that's been adressed a hundred times before.\015
