Having problems with your 1998 Isuzu Rodeo ?

I have a honda passport 2000 rear wheel drive,do i have a rearend or is its call a differential?

I think I know what you are asking; This is called a rear wheel drive vehicle and uses a differential which IS the axle or "rear end" (because it is in the rear end of the vehicle). What a differential is is simply a set of gears that obviously drive the rear wheels but, when you turn a corner the wheel speed changes. One will be going faster than the other depending on which way you turn. This gear set by design, allows the different speeds to not be noticed by the driver and not wear down tyres or break components. Pretty cool huh?!
