Having problems with your 1998 Subaru Forester ?

Hello,I am trying to trouble shoot a fuel delivery problem in a 1998 Subaru Forester.Can I use a multi meter to check the electronic leed to the injector from the computer to see if the computer is sending its signal to the injector at startup?If so what range of of voltage should I be looking for.Thank You .

Check fuel pump fuse in inside fuse box Check fuel pump relay The pcm sends signal to the injectors I dont know the voltage I when thought the whole book
