Speedo gear keeps sheering nylon pins since rebuild

Two things:
\015\012The actual speedo cable is binding/rubbing and causing quite a real load on the nylon pegs causing the shearing affect.

\015\012they migh have put wrong gear or damage existing metal gear which then damages the nylon. Think of the nylon as being a sacrifical item...just like a fuse. It is telling you a bigger issue is at hand and the nylon is the weakest link so it goes first.
