Having problems with your 1999 Chevrolet Venture ?

Engine stalls after a few seconds..'99 Venture

\015 Hi,\015\012\015\012Hope someone can help me out. I've got a '99 Chevy Venture that will start then stall within 2-4 seconds..no misfiring, no sputtering, just literally die.\015\012\015\012The problem is..it's only intermittent. For example; I could start it now and it'll work perfect. 10 minutes or 2 days later..I could start it and it'll die within 2-4 seconds. There's no rhyme or reason to it. Hot or cold starts don't seem to be part of the problem.Thought perhaps it needed a tune up, maybe had some dirt in the gas..did a fuel / air filter change, injector cleaning. Took off the main line and checked for fuel pressure while turning the key on ( lots of pressure in the line ). Checked for vacuum leaks, cracked wires, fuses..\015\012\015\012I'm absolutely baffled.\015\012\015\012( had a code reading done on it, came up with a bank1 sensor2 reading..so it's been replaced without fixing the problem ).\015\012\015\012Any help would be appreciated.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 26-07-2021
