  2. Drain cooling system. \015\012
  3. Remove or disconnect the following: \015\012
      \015\012
    • Accessory drive belts \015\012
    • Engine timing belt \015\012
    • Water pump mounting bolts and note position of longer bolt for proper re-installation \015\012
    • Water pump body from engine

  1. Apply Dielectric Grease or equivalent silicone grease to the O-ring. Install new O-ring on water pump. \015\012
  2. Position water pump to engine. \015\012
  3. Install or connect the following: \015\012
      \015\012
    • Mounting bolts \015\012
        \015\012
      1. Torque to 105 inch lbs. (12 Nm)
      \015\012
    • Timing belt \015\012
    • Accessory drive belts
    \015\012
  4. Fill cooling system.
