Having problems with your 1999 Ford Crown Victoria ?

Bubbling during idling or low speed

\015 My ford crown victoria police interceptor 99 which i have used for the last 2 years travelling 50000km in Saudi Arabia has developed a problem. During idling or at low speed under 40 km , the car starts bubbling and the ac stops working.when i increase speed till about 70-80 after pressing hard the acc pedal, suddenly the car jumps up and comes to the normal functioning. Any solution???\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 13-08-2018

Answers :

You mean 70-80 kph? because in mph that is very fast! check your thermostat, and if its not a problem with the thermostat sticking , it may be a problem with your water pump

Sounds like you're LOW on Coolant, it's overheating, and when you're romping on it, you're forcing ram air in to make it go, or it drops out of limp/overheat mode...

\015\012Check coolant levels, keep an eye on your gauges to make sure you're not overheating
