Having problems with your 1999 Ford Explorer ?

I am replacing the rear disc pads and rotors. the rotors seem to be frozen and I can't get them off. How do I loosen them up?

You need e-brake shoes too, they are most likely rusted/cracked and broken, they are stuck on the inside of your rotor.
