Transmission no reverse

Answers :

The most likely cause is that the reverse band has broken. The band is \012internal to the tran.ny and the trans needs to be removed to replace the \012band. Now there is a servo in the trans pan that engages this band and \012makes it tighten around the reverse drum. The servo could also be \012damaged you would have to remove the trans pan to inspect this servo.
This\012 would be the first thing to look at because you do not need to remove \012the whole tran.ny. Anyway I have attached a list of things that could \012cause no reverse. I have underlined the most likely concerns.
