Allow the engine to cool down before attempting this replacement. This would minimize loss of coolant.
\015\0121. You need to replace the temperature-sending unit, also.
\015\0122. Use a 17-mm deep socket and wrench to unscrew the temperature-sending unit. It is located to the right of the thermostat housing with electrical wire plug.
\015\0123. Reverse this proceedure for installation.
