Having problems with your 1999 Jeep Cherokee ?

The engine starts up just fine, but soon after the battery gauge bottoms out. The car will start and re-start. The battery has been checked and good. Maybe alternator?

HI.THAT WOULD BE MY GESS, BUT I HAVE SEEN SOME WEARD STUFF CAUSE THIS, FROM A GROUND CABLE TO THE ALTERNATOR..THIS IS WHERE A LOT OF PEPOLE GET CHARGED FOR STUFF THATS NOT PUT ON. (SO BEWARE) JIMBO

So when it is started the battery gage will bottom if it is than deffenatly bat alternator
