Having problems with your 1999 Lincoln Town Car ?
Brake lights dont work and all back lights stay on

Do not drive the Town Car until you get the light problem figure out.
There are two possible components at fault.
Brake switch (above the brake paddle) can jam to on position.
Move the drive seat back and dive down to check on the condition of the brake switch.
Main light switch can be on its way out.
Check both and you should be on the right track/
My bet is on the foot brake switch,
