Having problems with your 1999 Plymouth Voyager ?

I need to replace ignition switch. key will not turn at all. I am looking for directions to take out and replace, or to bypass ignition

Answers :

You do not need to fool with the steering wheel or air bag, just unhook\015\012 the battery for 15 minutes before you work on it anyway.

You need to \015\012take the three screws out of the plastic shroud around the switch and \015\012turn siganl assembly. Then take out the three torx screws (special ones with the post in the \015\012center, anti tamper) out of the switch. Unhook the two electrical \015\012connections and it will come out easily.
