Yes thats your trans coolant lines they cool the trans usally they are pretty easy to replace if the line has a hole in it or whatnot if its leaking right were is goes into radiator check for cracks around that area if none apply a high temp rtv gasket sealer permatex is great just make sure it can handle ttemps of at lease 250 degrees most cars run between 175-192 degrees or just replace the line if its bad
