Having problems with your 1999 Toyota Sienna ?

1999 Toyota Sienna Cooling fans not working, black and yellow wire under compressor not hooked to anything but it has 12V coming from it.

\015 The head gaskets were recently replaced on my 1999 Toyota Sienna. I replaced the gaskets but I did not take it apart. Now it runs great, however, the cooling fans do not turn on. Obviously it can not be driven in this condition, and when you turn the AC on it quits after a second and the light blinks, undoubtedly because the fan won't come on. There is one wire that is zip tied to the wires running up to the fan on the passenger side, it appears to be black and yellow coming from under the AC compressor somewhere. When you ground that wire it blows an AC fuse (if I remember correctly). The wire is only about 10 inches long from the point at which it is zip tied, yet I can not find ANYWHERE in that area the it would attach to. It has a female spade connector (quick connect) on the end of it. Can ANYONE tell me where this goes or what's going on here?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 23-11-2020
