Having problems with your 2000 Alfa Romeo 156 ?

My alfa 156 1.8 stuggles with power from 1-20 mph as if no pwer can you help?

Answers :

Strongly advise a catalytic converterinspection. Take a whiff ofthe exhaust at the tail pipe, Whiff, not trip out, kidding. If there is a strong odor of sulpheur or rotten eggs. The converter is questionable. Listen and if ou hear a wheezing at the pipe the cat is restricted.or if the exhaust doesn't stop immediately when the engine is turned off.. Good Luck _Ned_
