When you say "not crank," I am assuming will not start. This COULD be a problem with your idle air control valve. Is the check engine light on? If yes, check those first. Otherwise try cleaning the IAC. It might be clogged. You can get a repair manual from any parts store to find out its location and any other info you might need. It will help you with other necessary repairs as well. In many vehicles, the IAC is usually connected to the throttle body. Good luck.

BTW, the IAC controls the idle RPMs when throttle (accelerator pedal) is not applied.
