Hello, my name is Ben and I think I have your solution. With all the work you have done and considering it isn't leaking or overheating, I believe your problem is the LOW COOLANT SENSOR itself or a short in the circuit. The sensor is located on the bottom of the coolant reservoir container which is mounted to the sidewall on the passenger side of the engine bay. Siphon the coolant our of the reservoir with a small pump and unbolt it from the sidewall. Turn it upside down and inspect the wiring going into the sensor. If you see no obvious bare spots, I would replace the sensor and put it all back together. Hope this helps, Ben.
