Answers :

The 2 hoses on the passager side are heater hoses. They go in to the car through the firewall to the the heater core. It is not an easy repair. You need to remove the hole heater unit to replace the hoses. Sometimes you need to remove the dash to get to the heater core. You do not need to take to dealer just to a mechanic. It will cost you around 250.00 to fix the problem. I would not try this yourself if you do not have any mechanical experience.

It is a heater hose and yes you can replace it and yes it is cheap. Buy more than you need, at 6 inches worth. It is not expensive.
