Having problems with your 2000 Daewoo Nubira ?

2001 Daewoo Nubria--my cooling fans, power windows and defrost fan works then does not work. One time caused the car to overheat, driving to local mechanic, everything worked. Then didn't. This has been going on for the last 3 weeks...mechanic can't figure it out.
