Having problems with your 2000 Dodge Durango ?
Wont start, no headlights, power windows, horn, heater controls, or guages. Taillights work and doorlocks work as do all the interior lights

I think I would suggest checking the fuses again.
There are two cables coming off the positive battery post. You would need to trace those cables to find out which fuses are dead and alive rather than just blown.
I'm showing a 50amp fuse and a starter relay in the power distribution center near the battery along with a dozen or more fuses for other main circuits. One of the circuit bars could be damaged under the fuse box.
