Having problems with your 2000 Ford Econoline ?

I have a 2000 Ford E-150 Van and I'm trying to remove the Passenger Side Mirror because I'm trying to replace it with a new Passenger Side Mirror. There is a Plastic Cover that is located inside the door that appears to be attached to the mirror. There are no screws on or in this plastic cover, yet something is keeping this mirror attached. Maybe clips, maybe something but I can't see. Once I remove this plastic cover, the rest seems pretty straight forward. Can you assist me? Thanks.
