Having problems with your 2000 Ford F350 Super Duty Super Cab ?

Parking lights,instramental panel tail lights do not come on. I checked the fuse and bought a new headlight switch

Before you replace a part make sure that the part is faulty by a confirmed test. Here what you can do is to use a multimeter or a 12 volt bulb ( park lamp) one side connected to ground and the other side searching for the missing voltage for the circuit. When you turn on the cluster switch of the park lamp check the voltage coming to the dash board cluster or the park lamps. Proceed backward to the point where the voltage was missed out, could be a loose connection or an open harness wiring, If so you can use a loop to the cluster swtich for the +12 supply. It will become easier if you identify the colour of the wire of the testing circuit and trace. I am sure you will locate the missing link and find the fault. I hope thie advice helps you. Good day
