My 2000 honda CIVIC WILL NOT START as it cold, but after it runs, it runs fine

Fuel pressure needs to be tested when it has set over night, before attempting to start it. It maybe the fuel pressure regulator is leaking off, or the check-ball in the fuel pump could be leaking back, or fuel injectors could be leaking, which would be least likely.
