Having problems with your 2000 Hyundai Elantra ?

My 2000 Hyundai Elantra, 2.0 liter automatic, has been dying at stops when it is in gear. could it be Idle actuator? or what else could it be?

Answers :

IT could be the forward band or reverse band or pump in the g/box are holding on instead of breaking drive at 600 rpm,as its like putting in the clutch on a manual box it frees off the drive.
\015\012But you could check the Actuator but i would say check the bands by when stopping slip into N if idles ok then its the box Sorry
