A wrecking yard is the cheapest place to get the replacement. If you have a pick a part type salvage yard in your area then they will be cheapest. What I mean by pick a part is they allow you to go in and get your part your self.
\015\012The removal I can help you to a certain point. There are two possible 3 screws holding the mirror on the vehicle. The screws should be right on the base of the mirrow. If not there then look on the inside of the door jam closest to the windshield. Once you have the screws out and IF this is the cable adjust type then that is where i can't help you from here. You will need to just follow the cables and see where they connect and unconnect them. If it is a standard mirror the screws will be all you need to remove and the mirror is in your hands. Just reverse the process when replacing the new one. Good Luck, Raz
