If the key will not turn in the ignition, remove the negative battery cable, for about 3 seconds, and put it back on to see if the key will unlock.Doing this, really won`t matter, you are going to have to have the computer re flashed anyway, because of the battery going all the way down, the computer lost it`s memory. If doing this does not help, then the car will have to be reflashed, before the key will be allowed to turn in the ignition.I hope this helps.if so,please let us know, thank you,and good luck.

\015\012Mercedes-Benz cars engine computers have to be reset by the dealership because that is what makes them theft proof. The car's computer thinks that something is wrong. Also if your battery is not holding the charge and has a dead cell it won't crank. That car must have 12 volts. Call the Mercedes-Benz service number above your sun visor and a technician will come out and he may have those reset procedures and technique with him. That number is a 24 hour service number and he will come out to your location. Good Luck
