Could be that there is a battery drain, a common one that most people wouldn't notice is the trunk light staying lit even when closed.
To test a drain remove the negative battery cable and put a test light in series. (Attach the Neg Cable to the Test light, then the test light to the Neg Post of the battery) The light should dim slowly then go off if there is no drain.
Could also be that your alternator simply isn't charging the battery anymore, Check the Serpentine belt to be sure it's tight, you should be able to twist it roughly 45% give or take with ease.
Hope this helps
Battery won't hold charge could either be bad cell in battery or you have a charging problem with your alternator, First I would chech your charging voltage should be around 14.2 volts while at idle, if ok then i would do a load test on battery and then a cell test, very possible could have a shorted out battery.
