2000 pontiac grand prix ac problem

\015 We have recharged the ac with r134 and is still is only blowing hot air. The compressor is kicking on but the clutch is staying on all the time. Any suggestions?\012\012Thanks\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 17-09-2018

Answers :

If the compressor is working, a mechanic would check the low and high gauge pressure.
The freon has to flow thru the system to work, and the cooling fan draws air thru the condenser to get rid of the heat from inside the car.
If the ac clutch is working but the gauges show equal pressure, the compressor may be faulty.
