\015 Oil level ok, but oil warning light comes on intermittentlywill go off if you rev the engine , but then comes back on when revs die down.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 19-04-2021

Either the pressure sensor is clogged or defective or the oil pump needs replacement.
\015\012Have oil pressure checked with a gauge. There by you remove the sensor to do this and see what you get for pressure. If pressure is ok by specs then sensor was clogged. If not replace pump. Not a biggie in this car.
Indication of wear within the engine. Most probably worn main bearings. First off, did you use the correct grade oil with the last oil change? If yes, get that engine out, have the crankshaft resized(entails grinding the journals to a slightly smaller diametre) and fit oversize crank bearings. While you're at it and the engine is out you may as well swop out the oil pump, saving you much time and money in the long run.
