Having problems with your 2001 Cadillac Eldorado ?

A/C is hot on the drivers side cold on passenger side??

\015 I am running the system in the auto setting with the temperature set at 60 degrees and the air on the drivers side of the car is HOT...like the heat is on. However, the air on the passenger side of the car is ICE cold. I do not have the passenger climate control turned on, so both should be the same. I'm sorry I don't have any more details than that, it is my father-in-law's car and I am not experienced with newer Cadillacs...if only he would have bought the '70... Anyway, any help would be much appreciated and I hope to hear from someone soon.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 10-06-2019

Answers :

It's either low refrigerant, or the driver's blend door not operating. More than likely it's low on Freon, but that would indicate that there is a leak in the system, and that needs to be found.
