Idle arm replacement Chevrolet Blazer 2001

\015 I've had the Idle arm replaced and now it steers to the left when dipping and when coming up it steers to the right. So on a bumpy road we move from left to right. The original idle arm had one fixed axle (horizontaly fixed motion) and one ball joint. The new idle arm however has two ball joints. My service station says that the steering problem is not related to the two ball joints and is triggered by something else. What could it be? Thanks for your help.
