Having problems with your 2001 Chevrolet Blazer ?
I have a 2001 chevy blazer that has a short that causes the battery to go dead within 8 hours of sitting. If I pull the 50 amp "RAP" fuse & the 15 amp Radio fuse it will not drain the battery. What do you suggest is my best course of action? My E-Mail is [email protected] Thanks Dave
BATTERY VOLTAGE CAN DRAIN THROUGH STARTER RELAY OR BAD DIODE IN THE ALTERNATOR.I WOULD REPLACE THE STARTER RELAY.I AM LOOKING AT A ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM.YOU HAVE A 40 AMP IGNITION FUSE THAT FEED THE STARTER RELAY.IF STARTER RELAY HAS A SHORT IN IT.IT COULD DRAIN THE BATTERY.
